It is assumed that advertisers have read this contract and agree to its conditions without any further notice. By signing this contract, the advertiser agrees to the following terms: The advertiser agrees that this contract cannot be terminated unless Ocean Park magazine is given written notice at least 30 days prior to the space deadline for the given issue (see media kit for space and material deadlines). New Ocean Park magazine advertisers must prepay for the first placement. All advertisers must pay in full prior to the mail date or within 10 business days of invoice date. If balance remains unpaid after 60 days the discounted rate will be null and void and the regular rate will be applied. Any balance that exceeds 90 days will be sent to a collections attorney and standard late payment interest rates will apply.
